SQS offers ultra-high vacuum (UHV) compatible fiber optic patchcords and pigtails engineered for reliable light and data transmission in high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum systems. Our vacuum patch cords are manufactured using UHV-compliant processes with low outgassing adhesives and stainless steel 304L connectors (FC/PC, FC/APC, or SMA 905).

The optical fiber is protected by Polyimide, PTFE, or stainless steel tube, ensuring mechanical protection and vacuum compatibility. We also offer high-temperature versions of patchcords and pigtails designed to operate up to 180 °C. Our patchcords are designed for direct use with UHV fiber optic feedthroughs and vacuum adapters. Whether you need singlemode (SM), multimode (MM), or polarization-maintaining (PM) fibers, SQS provides tailor-made solutions optimized for UHV applications.
