Our 2D matrix fiber arrays feature precisely positioned fibers in the required geometric layout. Using Selective Laser Etching (SLE) technology, we create holes in quartz glass that match the fiber diameter.
Our 2D matrix fiber arrays with microlenses provide precise beam collimation. We select suitable microlens arrays (MLA) based on customer requirements.

Our fiber array manufacturing technology utilizes Selective Laser Etching (SLE) for creating matrices and precise dicing machines for producing V-groove fiber arrays. We achieve high precision in fiber placement and have many years of experience ensuring top quality.
We offer custom configurations, including the number of channels, fiber spacing, fiber types, and face grinding angles. An anti-reflective coating can be applied to the end face, or a microlens array (MLA) can be aligned and glued for obtaining collimated output beams. Additionally, we use CNC micromachining to manufacture metal flanges for easier handling and integration of fiber arrays into various applications.
