Contract Manufacturing Services
SQS offers to potential customers utilization of contract manufacturing business model including related services based on:
- Modern manufacturing facilities, highly skilled labor and professional staff.
- Clean-room manufacturing.
- Experience with serial production of optoelectronic components, electronic and optoelectronic component packaging (wire bonding, die bonding, and molding).
- Fully equipped mechanical workshops.
- Quality management system audited and certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards.
- Ownership of a 25 000 sq. meter building site connected to public utilities, and ready for building new manufacturing facilities in Nova Paka.
The contractors or business partners may rely not only on proven SQS’s ability to manufacture components and products according to contractor’s design, but also on SQS’s capability to take part in new product development and testing, including establishing new methods of production and constructing new production lines.
