By choosing the “Yes, I agree,” I grant an explicit consent to SQS Vláknová optika a.s., with business address: Komenského 304, 509 01 Nová Paka, IČO: 60913037 (referred to as: “Administrator”), to process my personal data, which I have entered into the inquiry template on the company website (name, surname, phone number, address). I am hereby informed and notified that the Administrator is collecting and processing my personal data (as entered above) based on this consent, the consent may be revoked by me at any given time. However, the revocation of this consent shall not influence the legality of the data procession being done prior to such revocation. Personal data shall be processed by the Administrator (or a third party sub-contractor) in the Czech Republic or inside the EU, this shall also provide the necessary guarantee of technical and administrative security of my personal data. The processing shall be done in technologically and electronically secured information systems.
The Administrator does not intend to provide any personal data to third countries or international organizations.
Personal data may be, under specific circumstances, made available to state institutions (courts, police, notarial offices, tax offices etc. to the extent of the execution of their legal authority) or to third parties, to the extent of their special legal authority.
I am notified that my personal data shall not be used to make automated decisions or profiling.
I am notified of my right to request an access to my personal data, processed by the Administator, and to request their correction, removal, transmission or restriction of processing.
