Using PVD technology, we apply custom reflective and anti-reflective coatings onto fiber arrays, optical connectors, and optical probes. The customer specifies the reflectivity in the desired wavelength range.

  • Single AR, wide spectrum AR and metal layers
  • Reflectivity 0.5 to 0.1% depending on wavelength
  • Reflectivity < 0.05% in case of narrow spectrum AR
  • metal layers: Titanium, aluminum, gold
  • For transmitting high-power signals

Applications

  • High-power laser applications
  • Glass-to-air interface applications
  • Decoupling the optical signal from the fiber array by total reflection
