We design and manufacture matrix optical fiber arrays with precise fiber placement.
Thanks to precise SLE technology (Selective Laser Etching), we create holes in the quartz glass that match the diameter of the desired fiber type. We equip the arrays with SM, MM or PM optical fibers with high precision. We can apply an anti-reflective layer to the end face surface of the array, or actively align it with a microlens array (MLA). The entire assembly can be installed in a metal body or flange for easier handling in the application.

*) Precise fiber positioning in two axes. The distance between the real and ideal position of the center of the core. The error includes the error of the hole in the matrix, the eccentricity of the core in the fiber, and the ovality of the fiber. The parameter depends on the number of fibers in the array.
